Don't use the arrows on the bottom, just tap on the game board where you specifically want the ball. Click the Levels key to select levels and other options. 2- Make formations of 3 or more balls to knock them down. To group 3 or more balls to make them burst. 3- Clear the current puzzle level to unlock the next one. 4- You can even choose to play previous completed levels.
